Recently, our company was entrusted by Baoti Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of China Construction Hong Kong) to complete the production and delivery of a 3D process animation for the M-ELS modular foundation pit internal support system.
The M-ELS modular support, as an innovative technology for prefabricated deep foundation pit reinforcement, features standardized components, convenient disassembly and assembly, and is environmentally friendly and recyclable. However, the structural assembly logic and the layered support process are complex, and the planar drawings are difficult to fully display the entire construction process. This 3D animation accurately reproduces the entire process of modular prefabrication, on-site transportation, layered assembly, force-bearing support, and segmented dismantling, clearly demonstrating the connection of nodes, the force-bearing system, and the construction sequence. It presents the abstract support technology in a dynamic and visualized form.
